Terrible. The representative has been polite but I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered a shirt for a Christmas gift and it’s poor quality material, not the same color as depicted in the site (yes I know there can be screen variances but bright orange versus a soft yellow?) and it was stained in multiple places. When requested a return and refund, I was offered another shirt which still hasn’t come in time for Christmas. I have tried contacting the customer service again and again since and no reply or refund. 100% would not recommend. Don’t risk your money or your time.
